Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident in every purchase from GolfCartParts.com. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Standard Return Policy

Most new, unused, uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must have your order number
  • You must request an RMA (Return Authorization) before sending anything back

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to manufacturer policies and safety regulations, some of the following items are non-returnable:

  • Electrical parts (controllers, motors, solenoids, voltage reducers, wiring, sensors, switches, etc.)
  • Installed or used parts
  • Custom-built items
  • Lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries
  • Special-order items
  • Wheels/tires that have been mounted

If unsure whether an item is returnable, please ask before ordering.


Restocking Fees

Manufacturers may apply restocking fees, typically:

  • 10%–20% for standard parts
  • Up to 25% for large or special-order items
  • Shipping costs are not refundable

Restocking fees are determined by the supplier (Nivel, Redhawk, EcoBattery, Navitas, etc.).


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For freight shipments (batteries, motors, large kits):
We will coordinate the return through the freight carrier.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the box and product immediately
  2. Do not discard any packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours

We will file a claim and send replacements promptly.

We will issue an RMA and return instructions.
