Order Processing Times
Most orders ship in 1–3 business days.
High-demand brands or large items may ship in 3–5 business days.
Shipping Methods

Expedited methods when available
Transit times vary based on location and product type.
Freight Shipments (Batteries, Motors, Large Kits)
Certain items must ship via freight truck:

Lithium battery kits (EcoBattery, Bolt Energy, Lithium Rhino, etc.)

Electric motors

Large lift kits or wheel/tire sets
Freight shipments may:

Require an adult signature

Deliver curbside only

Take an additional 1–2 business days for scheduling

Once your order ships, a tracking email is sent automatically.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulations, lithium battery shipments may not be available to:

U.S. territories

PO Boxes
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package shows “delivered” but you don’t have it:

Check with neighbors or building management

Wait 24 hours (often updated early)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Some large or heavy items may incur additional freight charges.
