Shipping Information

We work hard to ship your golf cart parts fast and safely across the U.S.


Order Processing Times

Most orders ship in 1–3 business days.
High-demand brands or large items may ship in 3–5 business days.


Shipping Methods

We use:

  • Standard Ground (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

  • Freight (for heavy items & lithium batteries)

  • Expedited methods when available

Transit times vary based on location and product type.


Freight Shipments (Batteries, Motors, Large Kits)

Certain items must ship via freight truck:

  • Lithium battery kits (EcoBattery, Bolt Energy, Lithium Rhino, etc.)

  • Electric motors

  • Large lift kits or wheel/tire sets

Freight shipments may:

  • Require an adult signature

  • Deliver curbside only

  • Take an additional 1–2 business days for scheduling


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking email is sent automatically.
You can also log into your account to view status updates.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations, lithium battery shipments may not be available to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • PO Boxes


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package shows “delivered” but you don’t have it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Wait 24 hours (often updated early)

  3. Contact us so we can open a carrier investigation


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Some large or heavy items may incur additional freight charges.
