What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Affirm (when available).

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping destination. If you’re tax-exempt, please contact support before ordering.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most parts ship within 1–3 business days. Larger items such as motors, controllers, and lithium batteries may take 3–5 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited options appear at checkout when available for your product.

Do you ship lithium batteries?
Yes — lithium batteries ship via freight LTL or ground service depending on the model. These may require a signature upon delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days. Electrical parts, installed items, custom items, and batteries are might not be returnable. Reach out to us and we will do our best to facilitate returns. 

How do I start a return?

Are there restocking fees?
Some manufacturers charge restocking fees (typically 10–20%). These fees vary by brand (Nivel, Redhawk, EcoBattery, etc.). We will notify you before processing.

How do I know a part fits my golf cart?
Each product page lists the compatible models (EZGO, Yamaha, Club Car). If in doubt, send us your cart model, year, and serial number — we’ll verify for you.

Can you help me upgrade my cart?
Absolutely. We can help with motor upgrades, controller kits, lithium conversions, lift kits, wheels/tires, and more.

Do you sell OEM or aftermarket parts?
We carry both. Brands include Nivel, Redhawk, Navitas, EcoBattery, Bolt Energy, Lithium Rhino, and more.


Warranty

Are parts covered by warranty?
Yes — warranty terms are set by each manufacturer. Lithium batteries typically carry multi-year warranties. Warranty paperwork is provided by the manufacturer and should be registered when the product is received. Warranty claims will generally be handled by the manufacturer.
