The Bolt Energy 74V 105AH lithium kit replaces the entire lead-acid pack in your 72V cart with a single 7.7 kWh LiFePO4 battery — and unlike most lithium kits, everything needed for the swap comes in the box: waterproof high-speed charger, Smart state-of-charge meter, Bluetooth receiver, mounting brackets, terminal hardware, and the AC hardwire port with cover plates.

At 137.26lbs (62.26kg), the pack sheds hundreds of pounds versus lead acid, which you feel immediately in hill climbing and braking. There is no watering, no terminal corrosion, and no equalization charging — top off a partial charge anytime with zero memory effect. The built-in BMS manages high continuous discharge with surge capability for upgraded controllers, and the Bluetooth receiver lets you check the pack from your phone.

Standard vs. Professional: the Standard kit covers a clean install on a healthy cart. The Professional kit adds a 400A heavy-duty solenoid, two 2AWG premium installation cables, a voltage reducer, and a lead battery removal strap — worth it on older carts or anything running a higher-amp controller.

Heated option: the Auto-Heated battery version charges safely below 32°F — the right call for carts stored in unheated garages, barns, or northern climates.
